２年前、プレス発表会の時に描いた作品。　ラルチザンパフュームと調香師のイメージを模索しつつ、まだ見ぬイスタンブールを夢のように描きました。

Un tableau que j'ai fait à l’occasion de la presentation de “Traversée du Bosphore“ à la presse, il'y a 2 ans.

En cherchant des images de l'Artisan et du Né, j'ai essayé d'exprimer le monde unconnu "Istanbul" .

A work I made for the presentation of the new perfume "Traversée du Bosphore" to the press  2 years ago. It was very exciting to express an unknown world, trying to catch images of l'Artisan and the perfumer.

今はスペインがテーマなので、スパニッシュギターやフラメンコ等々が多いです。

Michel Camilo & Tomatitoの"SPAIN"は、やっぱり好きですね。　スペインの伝統とコンテンポラリーなジャズがいい感じにアレンジされてて。 かなり前のアルバムですが、ずっと聴いています。
ちょっと前に"SPAIN AGAIN"も入手。 こちらはピアソラの曲が中心なのでTANGO色が強いですが、それもまた格別　♪

神楽坂「サン・マルタン」。「サン・ファソン」の姉妹店。

本多横町とサン・ファソンのある軽子坂の交差する角の青いお店です。本格派のビストロ料理とグラスワインが楽しめます。

晴れた日のテラスでのランチとワインは最高！　制作が一段落するとランチに走って行くお店。
ローストチキンやクスクス、砂肝のサラダや鴨のコンフィ等々。メニューも豊富です。

ワインについて / WINE (SPAIN)

最近、YuTubeでワイン講座を聞きました。スペインワイン。面白かったです。

ワインは大好きで、勉強しだすとキリがないので、情報は出来るだけ聞き流すようにしているのですが。

たまたま今は気持ちがスペイン・モードに入っていて、興味をひかれ。制作用の音として流していたら、引き込まれてしまい。

リオハ RIOJA以外にも、大好きなリベラ・デル・ドゥエロ RIBERA DEL DUEROや、北の大西洋岸リアス・バイシャス RIAS BAIXASの話も出て、思わず旅で出会ったその味と風景を思い出しました。

リベラ・デル・ドゥエロの名産地、TORO村の街並と赤ワインの味。ポルトガルのとの繋がり、ポルトからのドゥエロ川沿いのブドウの段々畑の風景とか。TINTO（赤ワイン）がメインのようです。
リアス・バイシャスは、CAMINO DEL SANTIAGO 巡礼街道に程近いあたり。さっぱりしたBLANCO (白ワイン)。雨の多い緑濃い地方。

ワインは全然わからないし、比較的何でもおいしいと思う方なのですが。思い出とのつながり、味や香り・色の特徴、そこから調べるブドウの品種等々。

好きな事を知るのはとても楽しいですね。でも飲み過ぎには注意！

作品 / WORKS ("Istanbul")

イスタンブール。東洋と西洋の出会う場所。

遠い昔にはビザンチン、東ローマ帝国の首都コンスタンチノープルとして栄華を極め、15世紀のオスマントルコ以降はイスラムの都として繁栄し続けている大都会。

ミナレットのそびえるモスク群とビザンツモザイクの美しい永遠の都。

そして、私がいつかゆっくり訪れたいと憧れている異国の街。

まだ見ぬ憧れのその地を描くことになったのは、ラルチザン・パフュームから「TRAVERSÉE DU BOSPHORE」日本発売のキャンペーンの絵の依頼をいただいた為でした。ラルチザンはその時すでに、私がパリのマレ地区で出会ってからずっと愛用している大好きなフレグランスでした。

私の制作は本来、自分の知る街を自分のイメージで表現する事で成り立つのですが。

訪れたことのない場所をイメージだけで描くこと。それは初めての経験であり、新鮮でとても面白いのではと思い。

自分の憧れの街と香水のイメージで描く事はとても楽しく。そして調香師とラルチザンのイメージを想像しそれに共鳴しようと試みる。それはとても興味深く、真剣な仕事でした。

今回は、その時の作品の一部と、その後の残像で制作し続けた作品を展示しています。

イスタンブール。いつか行ってみたいと思いつつ、かえってなかなか訪れる事が出来ません。いつの日か行ける事を夢見て。

Istanbul. Le carrefour de l'Orient et l'Occident.

Autrefois, cette ville “Constantinople” prospérait longtemps comme la métropole de l'Est de l’Empire Romain, et aussi comme celle d’Islamique dupuis la conquête par la Turquie d'Osman du 15ème siècle,

Une ville magnifique et éternelle qui a des mosquées avec minarets et mosaïque byzantine.
Une métropole exotique que je rêve de visiter un jour.

L'occasion que j'ai fait des tableaux de cette ville romantique et unconnue (normalement j'exprime des images seulement d'après mes experiences de voyages). C'est la demande de l'ARTISAN PARFUMEUR d'exposer mes tableaux à la campagne d'un nouveau parfum “TRAVERSÉE DU BOSPHORE”.

Elle est une maison que j'adore toujours depuis la première rencontre dans le quartier Marais à Paris.

La production des oeuvres pour la distination inconnue, seulement d'après l'image vague, c'était la premiêre experience pour moi, que j’ai pensé très interessante.

Pendant la production, j'étais très heureuse de travailler selon des images de “Constantinople” et du parfum de mon rêve. Il était serieux mais vraiment interessant et excitant d’essayer de chercher et partager des images du né et L'ARTISAN. Un autre voyage special….

À l'exposition cette fois, je montre quelques tableaux en ce temps-là, et aussi un autre que j'ai fini recémment,à la memoire de mon sentiment.

Istanbul.  A Carrefour of the East and the West.

Long ago, this city was at the height of its glory as "Constantinople", the Metropolis of the Eastern Roman Empire, and from 15th century under the control of Islam.

A brilliant and eternal city.  Marvelous mosques with minarets. and mosaic of Byzantine.

An exotic city I’m dreaming to visit one day.

There is a reason to bring me to make paintings of this romantic unknown city. (In my works, I’d always expressed my images for the places I’ve ever experienced, until then.) It was a request by ARTISAN PAFRUMEUR. to exhibit my paintings at a campaign of a new perfume.

ARTISAN is my favorite fragrance brand since I encountered one of its boutiques at Paris.

To make paintings of unknown place only by images, it was my first experience. 

I felt very happy to produce works as per images of my dreaming city and perfume. To try to catch and sympathize with images of the perfumer and ARTISAN, it was really serious, but interesting and exciting. It was another special Travel.

At the exhibition this time, I'm displaying some of the works I made that time, and also a picture that I recently finished as per my memory of feelings.

神楽坂フレンチの草分け的レストラン「サン・ファソン」"Sans Façon"。 大好きなお店です。

こじんまりしたアットホームな空間で、おいしいワインと正統派フランス料理が楽しめます。ボリュームも満点。
シェフが心を込めて作るお料理はどれも、とってもあたたかい味がします。

オードブル、鴨のローストや仔羊、豚足のコロッケ、etc.etc.　大好きです。　
デザートはブランマンジェや「盛り合わせ」とか。おなかと相談しながら。。。

展示情報 (EXHIBITION)

表参道・「ラルチザン・パフューム」”L’ARTISAN PARFUMEUR”にて、7月20日から展示をしています。

ラルチザンはフランスの香水ブランド。パリのマレ地区で出会ってから、ずっと愛用しています。パリをはじめ、世界中に展開している魅力的なメゾン。

表参道本店は、ギャラリーやブティックの点在する路地にひっそりとたたずむ、隠れ家のような素敵なブティックです。

今回は、旅をテーマとした香水とともに作品を数点展示しています。 様々なフレグランスは、どれも魅惑的でコンセプトがあり。そのイメージと合う作品を選びました。今回は、香水、そしてラルチザンパフュームとのコラボです。ぜひお立ち寄り下さい。

My exhibition at "L'ARTISAN PARFUMEUR" (Omote-Sando) has started this week !

This is a charming french fragrance brand, that has many boutiques at Paris, in France and also all over the world. The boutique Omote-Sando is located in a quiet alley nearby restaurants. galleries and boutiques.

This time I'm displaying my works together with perfumes created on the subject of "Travel".

Each fragrance is very charming and mysterious, and has its own concept.

It is a collaboration with paintings and perfumes, ARTISAN PARFUMEUR.

Mon exposition à "L'ARTISAN PARFUMEUR" (Omote-Sando) a commencé cette semaine !

Elle est une maison de fragrance française, très chic et charmante,　et on peut trouver ces boutiques à Paris, en France, et dans des autres pays.

La boutique Omote-Sando est située dans une petite allée tranquille, près des restaurants,

galleries et boutiques elegantes.

Cette fois, je montre mes oeuvres avec des parfums sur le thème de "Voyage".

Chaque fragrance est vraiment charmante, mysterieuse, et fabriquée d'après une idée individuelle.

C'est une collaboration entre mes tableaux et des parfums.

旅(Travel) ・ Malta

マルタは、地中海・シチリア島の南に浮かぶ島々。すぐそこはアフリカ。

首都ヴァレッタはGrand Harborを臨む壮麗な城塞都市。港と対岸のThree Citiesは息をのむような景観です。

石造りの建物と特徴的な出窓。十字軍、聖ヨハネ騎士団の残像とアフリカの光。

EUに加盟したのは2004年。ちょうど式典の時に訪れました。Grand Harbor には花火が上がり、島は「ヨーロッパが来た！！」と大変なお祭り。ヨーロッパがここまで来た、という感覚でしょうか？

良い想い出です。(行きのフライトでロストバゲージにあい、４日間荷物が出て来なかったけど。。)

コロコロして可愛い黄色の路線バス「マルタバス」が島中を走り回る、のどかな風景。

古代からの歴史、民族と文明の交錯する島。様々な世界遺産。アラブの香り漂う、敬虔なカトリックの国。本当に魅力的な島です。

レトロなマルタバスは、ドライバーが自分でカスタマイズしたりマリア様を飾ったり個性豊かで楽しかったのですが、昨年なんと普通の新しいバスに切り替わってしまったとの事、残念。今は個人の所有となっているようなので、どこかで出会えるかも。

もうひとつの名物・目のあるカラフルな漁船「ルッツ」。目は海難から船を守るお守りだそうです。とってもチャーミング。

イギリスの統治下だったので、マルタ語と英語が公用語。日本人にも旅し易く、語学留学も多いとか。

今度行く時はシチリアからフェリーで入ってみようかな。



The Republic of Malta, composed by some islands.
It is situated in the Mediterranean Sea, to the south of Sicily. Nearby Africa.

The Capital, Valetta is magnificent fortified city facing “Grand Harbor”, Three Cities. It is registered in World Heritage.

History and architectures in stone with typical balconies. Images of the Crusades, The Knight of St. John.

Major part of the residents is pious Christians, but it has also an atmosphere Arabic. There are marvelous ruins of temples from ancient times.  “A crossing of many cultures”

Landscape with nostalgic “Buses Maltese” is also very charming.  Roundish, in yellow color, running all over the islands.  (It’s a pity that they were changed to normal buses last year… but probably we can still see them, as some residents keep them as “collection”.)

The other typical one is “LUZZU”, colorful fishing boats with eyes. It is “lucy charm” to protect boats from accidents in sea. Really Charming !!

Paradise with blue sky, emerald sea, gentle people.

Its official language is Maltese, and also English, as it was under English rule.

Its very easy to travel ! Next time, I want to visit by ferry from Sicily.

マルサシュロク。眼のある船「LUZZU（ルッツ）」はマルタの名物。

小さいサイズの作品集。

22.7cm×15.8cmサイズのキャンバス（＝SMサイズ）。
イーゼルに置いて描くのではなく、片手に持って反対の手で筆を入れるのが心地良い大きさです。
絵画を描くというより、工芸的な気分になります。

Venezia. Città unica del mondo.

La storia e la gloria della Republica di Venezia. Mi piace molto questa città magnifica. E meglio di visitarla in inverno, perche e più tranquilla.

La vita e l’arte lungo i canali stretti e in fondo ai vicoli. Può trovare l’architetture splendide in tutta la isola, chiese, palazzi etc. Sono molto felice di girovagare con un bicchiere di ombra al bacaro.

Venice is one of my favorite cities.

The trace of glory and history of Venezian Republic, Life along the canals. Churchs, arts and crafts. It is one and only one city in the world.

Narrow and swirling canals, passage ways like labyrinth, where we can find bottegas and “bacari”(bar). There are many piazzas to rest on a walk…


ヴェネツィアは、大好きな街のひとつ。

ヴェネツィア共和国の歴史と栄光の名残、運河沿いに根付いている生活。　無数の教会と美術品、そして工芸。ひとつひとつをゆっくり観ていたら、何日あっても足りません。世界のどこにもない唯一の街。

難点は、あまりに人が多く観光化されている為、身の置き所を見つけるのが難しい事でしょうか。冬が良いですね、人が少なくて。

細く曲がりくねった運河。工房やバーカロ（バル）の点在する、迷路のような路地。オンブラ（ワイン）を楽しみながら、方角もわからずただ彷徨っていると、突然視界が開けて、そこは広場。中央にある井戸が広場の雰囲気を演出します。
